problem solved, Harddrive cloned from fully functional NXR into my 2 hard drives - both now working correctly

the correct software needs to be used (for me this one works - hope not against the rules http://www.drivesnapshot.de/en/)

Hello,
the extension is ".hsh" and ".sna" and working with the utility nammed "Drivesnapshot" - as mentioned on the link above. There is a trial version and after the trial period is paid, but it is worth for saving of some NXRs Now waiting for the delivery of the new screen and bateries, maybe I will get another one reborn thanks to this utility and one will arrive soon as a NXR with software problem, so at least 2 from 3 will be saved by this software

What I have read the version V32 is the newest, correct?

hello , not at all a guik in modern info tools....
i take notes in a folder for your method...
Take care to not fall in nxr expert mode...and try to save all nxr arround the world...
one time , it will be impossible to save a "too many hands" model.

at the moment I am the beginner with NXRs Just by the accident I have gathered few of them. But feel pitty to scrab them for parts, but will od if no "standard" repairs will work

I am also playing with the idea to get some of XR25 (nostalgic feelings) to have it at home (driving Avantime and Safrane where with new CLIP tool is not possible to setup the air suspension), already scanned all the cards for the cassete 18 in my language, so ready for challanges

As mentioned above - in case that you would need the image files from NXR, just let me know - valid also for anyone else

regarding XR25 - I am familiar how it works, there are 2 friends of mine who own them and I had one borrowed also for my Safrane before I was able to start NXR anyway it is a part of history so from some "nostalgy" would be nice to have

Fact is that the forum should be bi-lingual with french version kept - as I was informed in my "presentation" thread, but here I saw previsously the communication in English only, so was not sure if is valid for all threads or specially for self presentation. Also when I am not answering from the computre but just from the phone or tablet, it is a bit complicated. Sorry for that - will keep bi-lingual for the future on all threads to make it easier for the majority which speaks French

please be Careful - USB 3.0 adapters didn't work for me

with the tools above is possible to recover the hard drive of NXR on any computer with any system - I have recovered on new laptop with Windows 11 (thats why the names of drives are there startin with letter E).

s'il vous plaît soyez prudent - les adaptateurs USB 3.0 ne fonctionnaient pas pour moi

avec les outils ci-dessus, il est possible de récupérer le disque dur de NXR sur n'importe quel ordinateur avec n'importe quel système - j'ai récupéré sur un nouvel ordinateur portable avec Windows 11 (c'est pourquoi les noms des lecteurs commencent par la lettre E).
J'espère que cela aidera tous ceux qui ont des problèmes
